Run For Your Life (David 3 - Pastor Jared)
What do you do when someone else gets the credit? In week 3 of David: Singer, Sinner, Giant Killer, King Saul hears a victory song that praises David a little louder than him, and envy takes over for the next ten years.
This message walks through 1 Samuel 18, the timeline most people miss in David's story, and the friend who should have been the most jealous of all. If there's a name you struggle to see succeed, this one is for you. You'll also hear where real hope is found: not in David, but in David's Son, who wraps us in his own righteousness.
